Welcome
Here you will find a collection of my current coding and accessibility projects, my blog, some samples of my music, and below is my LinkedIn profile and a sample of my past animation work before I lost my vision. Enjoy!
This site and sub-sites have been coded entirely by hand up to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, or as close as I could make it as a blind developer. Everything is keyboard and screen reader navigable and is fully HTML 5 validated.
Project and Page Updates
BlindSVG.com Launched
I converted the published Google Doc of the SVG Study Guide I made a few months ago into a much more navigable experience. This website is much more robust than the study guide, has updated examples, code samples that you can copy directly off the site, and contains everything you need to know from file setup to final tactile graphics output.
Newly added is a Projects page which will contain my own SVG projects and tutorials along with anyone else's who would like their SVG work showcased as we advance tactile graphics and non-visual artistic and drafting techniques forward.

Hit The Deck v.3.5 - April 29th, 2022
My first python game! Created a fully robust Blackjack game since I was unimpressed with the quality and accuracy of the accessible versions that I was finding around the web and on the iOS App Store. Hit, double down, split, surrender, and get your 5 card Charlies on! Just fixed some of the line break issues, cleaned up code, and added the ability to properly quit the game from the betting prompt. Hit the Deck v.3.5 on Github

Pierre's Art Studio Relaunched - June 20th, 2020
As a surprise Father's Day gift, I dug out the old website I built to showcase my dad's artwork and rebuilt and revamped it from the ground up. The whole thing used to be built around a frame and background image with hover links, and the galleries were exported straight out of Photoshop. I built a new gallery system from scratch using CSS Grid and rebuilt each page using HTML 5 with full attention paid to overall accessibility. Pierre's Art Studio
